Managing Director Stacey Irving Gaffey is a highly respected and well renowned Cosmetic Science Expert within the Cosmetics Industry.

Applying the experience gained from her training as a Formulation Chemist, a Regulatory Technologist, creating and developing her own skincare line, and from starting up her own Formulation & Regulatory Consultancy in 2012 (Stacey Irving Consultancy), Stacey re-branded her Company to Global Cosmetic Developments in 2016.
