Cosmetic Formulation Development
Our formulation development capabilities have become recognised globally and our customer base truly represents this. We have a client base that spans from the US and Canada through to Europe, Africa, South Korea, Australia and beyond.
Cosmetic Ingredient Research and Development
We are also working extensively with companies that have developed brand new cosmetic ingredients. By using our expertise in cosmetic formulation we are helping them bring these novel ingredients to market by designing and testing their performance in various cosmetic and personal care formulations. This expertise has enhanced our capabilities and learning exponentially putting us at the forefront of innovation within the industry.
Scale-Up Capabilities
Our Scale-Up Service continues to be of value to all of our clients. We are still one of the very few labs in the UK that can offer this service and it means we can ensure your formulas are indeed scalable!
Suncare
Since acquiring our Labsphere UV-2000 Ultraviolet Transmittance Analyser that is used to predict anticipated SPF Values in vitro before sending samples off for in-vivo testing to prove the Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of a formulation we have been able to build and grow our knowledge in SPF Formulation development by formulating with both Organic and Inorganic (Mineral) UV filters. Suncare is the most challenging area of cosmetic formulation development but an area I believe we now have the capabilities to offer the best in terms of innovation.
